Snowman Coaster Stack
"Even if you’re brand-new to crochet, you can still make this beginner-friendly set of snowman crochet coasters. You stack the coasters, which are simple rounds of white yarn, to form the snowman’s body. Then you top it off with an adorable snowman head with a classic top hat made in black yarn, a smiling face, and a carrot nose. I made four coasters, but you can keep going and build your snowman as tall as you want! These cute little coasters are the perfect winter decor accent. They make a great hostess gift when you’re invited to someone’s home for a holiday gathering. I could also see them as a fun stacking toy for little ones as long as you use a French knot for the eyes, since beads could be a choking hazard. They require only basic crochet stitch knowledge, and are made almost entirely from single crochet stitches. This makes them appropriate for crocheters of any skill level, even a beginner. You could easily make a whole set of fun snowman crochet coasters in one evening. And they don’t take much yarn, so you could use scrap yarn for an inexpensive gift idea. After all, with handmade gifts, it’s your time and effort that are important, not the cost."
