How cute! The snowman has hands and feet! As a snowman should. LOL Her idea is a great one. She set out to create a coaster that had a little lip or ledge on it so that her coffee mug would sit snuggly inside. What a fun hostess gift for that holiday party you WILL be invited to, at some point.

This is a cute idea and a very festive one too. I have a friend that loves snowmen and collects whatever she can. I bet she would love these. Just curious is anyone knows whether the face and the nose being a little raised from the surface causes the cup to be unsteady in any way?

Not only is this snowman coaster cute, I like that there is a "lip" to keep the glass steady. On top of that, it looks like a snowflake too. Well, snowmen are made of snowflakes - lol

I was so excited to find this pattern. I usually make up some quickie gifts of a cute mug, packet of hot cocoa, chocolate dipped spoon, and mini marshmallows in a themed goodie bag. Ill be delighted to add this adorable little coaster! Btw, I keep several bags in my car, so when I see someone doing something helpful or someone who needs a lift, voila! Instant happiness.

What a great little pattern. The nice thing about this pattern is that they don't take much yarn to finish. They could be made into a set and be given as a gift! There's nothing more quintessentially winter than the snowman. You could make the hats in different colours too!

Wow! This Quick Snowman Coaster is so cute, very appropriate for the coming winter season. But the people who will be delighted with these coasters are the kids especially my granddaughter who will be reminded of Olaf, the snowman, from the musical Frozen. Thanks for this free pattern.
