Crochet Candle Holder

Candles are an easy way to decorate for the holidays, but an open flame in a glass jar is not the safest. Stressing out about your decorations is no way to spend your Christmas, so work up a Crochet Candle Holder for your flameless candles and keep your worries at bay. This candle holder is embellished with a red crochet bow that would look great on or off of this project. If you prefer your candles lit, but still want to use this free crochet pattern, try switching up the colors and creating a cute wreath ornament instead.

I love to give handmade Christmas gifts, but I do try to make something useful. I especially try to do this with emergency gifts! These candle holders are lovely because you can include a real or battery powered candle with them. I originally made all of them in white, but have now included some reds, greens and even blue for my friends who celebrate Hannukah.
