"Make your own crochet angel. My Crochet Angel is crocheted in Red Heart Super Saver (medium weight) yarn; beginning at the top her head and worked in continuous rounds to the base of her skirt. You will add the sleeves to the dress next and then make the wings, optional arms and halo. This Angel stands on her own and she does not need to be ‘stiffened’. You can easily add a ribbon to her back, just above her wings to transform her into a Christmas Tree Ornament; or stitch her hands together to make her pray. This project was designed as part of the 2016 Holiday Blog Hop!

Crochet HookB/1 or 2.25 mm hook, G/6 or 4 mm hook

Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

Finished Size5 inches tall (not including halo) and 5 inches wide from tip of wing to tip of wing

I absolutely love this angel. It works up fast and easy. My son has a list of fellow employees that he wants these for. I am glad they work up fast. I love and collect angels. I believe that my Grandma was the angel that whispered in my ear that I had brest cancer. Without that angel I would have died. God bless everyone! Try this pattern.

She is the cutest angel yet. So neat and prim. I have sparkle yarn to make the wings out of. That will give them added glitter. There are so many ways to use this. I have a very inexpensive set of gold plastic musical instrument ornaments that I can add to some of these Angels. I can have a heavenly band playing in my tree.
