6 Point Technicolor Christmas Tree Skirt
Crochet this 6 Point Technicolor Christmas Tree Skirt for a psychedelic addition to your holiday decorations. Because it has a hole instead of a slit, it is absolutely perfect for artificial trees. You don't have to worry about your pet messing it up, either, since it doesn't have a beginning and end that wrap around. Have fun this Christmas with this crochet tree skirt!

Ive never seen a tree skirt quite like this one! Since my children have all grown up and left home, weve downsized our Christmas decorations to just a few things in the living room. Ive probably changed tree size three or four different times before finally settling on a 3 foot pre-lit version. It didnt come with a tree skirt, so Ive just basically been wrapping a bit of plaid fabric around the bottom. Not any more!

I made this and I left the hole in the center bigger so it would fit around the artificial tree trunk. And I made it using white, red and green, using regular yarn only in traditional Christmas colors. I'm not sure how big you could leave the center so it could fit around a real tree. Maybe practice with it first.

From what I understand, there is no slit to easily put it around the tree, you must put it on as you assemble the tree. I see. I'm disappointed that I cannot use this on a real tree, but I've just started to look (for next year, not likely to get it and all my other Christmas gifts done for this year)
