Shabd Mosaic Bookmark
"Tunisian Mosaic Crochet is my latest favorite technique. Like, traditional crochet, every row is made in a single color, but in Tunisian crochet there is an added bonus of not having to weave in ends or to create an enclosed border. This is because Tunisian crochet is worked on one side only since you don’t have to turn the project after the completion of a row. Because of this, there is no need to cut and reattach yarn on every row like you have to in traditional crochet! The Shabd bookmark is a simple mosaic pattern. It is the perfect beginner project that could be made with a traditional crochet hook since you need to hold only 11 loops on the hook at once. This has been one of my most used makes since I love reading and I always have a book at my bed side. It is a great gift for book lovers, teachers and students, and would make a great stocking stuffer too!"
