It will teach you everything you've ever wanted to know about how to crochet like a pro. There are eleven chapters in this 320-page book. Topics cover a wide variety of different topics including choosing good yarn for your crochet designs, increasing and decreasing stitches, understanding the importance of gauge, and much more.

No matter what your crochet skill level is, there's definitely something you can learn from this book. Author Edie Eckman is a nationally known teacher, desginer, writer, and editor in both the crochet and knitting worlds. I can't think of a better person to teach you know to crochet. As a beginner crochet myself, this book was invaluable in perfecting my skills. I would highly recommend The Crochet Answer Book if you consider yourself a "hooker"!
