Inside this 160-page hard cover book, you'll find a wide array of patterns to choose from including delicate crocheted necklaces, cozy crochet hat patterns, nesting bowls, and more. Each stylish pattern includes detailed instructions that are easy to read, and the color photographs are beautifully shot. All of the projects are whimisical and feminine, and they would all make excellent hoilday gifts for friends and family. As a whole, the book is a great source of inspiration.

The variety of crochet projects included in this book is wonderful. Some personal favorites of mine include the Stormy Skies Bib Necklace (pg. 33), Scalloped Edge Wristlets (pg. 43), Mary Jane Slippers (pg. 61), and the Petal Cap (pg. 73). What's exceptionally nice about this book is that there are variations mentioned at the end of each pattern. This is done to help inspire the reader and provide ideas on how to adapt each pattern to suit your own personal needs.

Perhaps my favorite section of So Pretty! Crochet can be found on the last few pages where Palanjian lists her favorite crochet blogs. As if you won't be inspired enough reading this book, this section provides yet an additional source of inspiration. Overall, this book is defintely a great addition to anyone's collection of crochet books. Two thumbs up!
