This is the first hanging tissue cover that I have seen before. I think that this is a novel idea. Now, as a retired school teacher this would have been ideal. With limited space in the classroom I could have hung this up by the sink just to keep it from getting wet.

I can remember the big deal when the plastic decorative tissue box covers were really popular. I can also remember the ones made with the plastic canvas. Of them all, I never saw one that you could hang. I like the idea.
