Are you looking for the perfect project for your newest Who Baby? Thats the first thing I thought of when I saw this adorable hat. I wish I had seen this pattern last year when I was drafted to help outfit some of the Whoville residents for an elementary school production of The Grinch. Since this is worked from the bottom up, it would be very easy to make it any size you want.
