I did this hat for my 4months old son since I cannot find a decent sun hat for boys that fits him well. And I have to say that it came out very good. The only thing I changed in this pattern was the ending. The last two rows I had ch 2, 1st in the same space, *1dc in the next space, 2dc in the following space*, repeat until the end.
