I am so, so crazy about this blanket! I know it is supposed to be a baby blanket, but who cares? I would totally make this for my chair or sofa because color is what I am all about! I understand that you begin with two strands of the same color A, and then after a point you drop ONE strand of that color in exchange for ONE strand of the next color. After a bit you exchange the OTHER strand so that you now have TWO strands of the same color. Then the process repeats. Pretty ingenious!

This forty by forty inch blanket is sized perfectly for a baby stroller. It is made with approximately sixty rows of crochet. The instructions are given in detail row by row so there should not be any problems working this pattern or at least in my opinion even a beginner should be able to make this easily.
