Thanksgiving Dinner Placemat

Set the table in style this year with the Thanksgiving Dinner Placemat. It measures approximately 18 inches in diameter, so this free crochet pattern would work well not only as a placemat, but also as a crocheted hot pad. Guests will appreciate the cute, friendly face of this adorable crocheted turkey. Hosting the family's Thanksgiving feast has never been so fun! The beak and feet are crocheted separately and later sewn on at the end.

Even though this is a Yarnspirations project, Im not sure if its still on the site or not. One thing I am definitely changing is the yarn colors on the body and especially the feathers. A few years back JoAnns was clearing out some Red Heart Super Saver in Marakesh, and I scooped up all they had. Ive yet to find another yarn with a better combination of Autumn colors.

These would just be adorable at the children's table. I am sure that with these well-written directions I can have these made in time for Turkey day. The kids will love these. Thanks for the free pattern.

save this turkey pattern please.
