The Lavender Chair projects are among my very favorites. Everything is so well thought out and clearly written with extensive notes and tips. I have several skeins of the Bernat Blanket on hand, so it took less than an hour to do this first one (to be fair I was watching TV at the same time). I do wish there were more photos though as this is sure to appeal to Beginners.

The link to get the pattern is working and took me right to the bloggers page where the pattern is located. These slippers are made with Bernat blanket yarn. If you have never felt of the soft yumminess of this yarn, you really dont know what you are missing. Softest yarn I have ever felt.

I guess am lucky because I had no problem finding the pattern. As you said the author offers a pfd but you don't have to buy it in order to make them. Also they came out just fine no problem with the decreases. I can't understand why people are having any problems.

Hi This is not a free pattern to copy or download. I think it looks great and would like to try it. Please send the free version Thanks so much...

Hi Julie, This pattern IS free. The blogger is giving you the chance to buy a downloadable PDF of the pattern, but if you scroll down just a little bit past that, you'll see the entirety of the pattern is written out there. Thanks! Julia, editor for AllFreeCrochet

Thanks so much for this pattern. I've made 2pairs of small, 4 pairs of medium and 2 pairs of large. All for Xmas gifts. Once I realized the 1st stitch is in the same space as the ch 1, at the beginning of every round, I have no problem crocheting a pair in an evening with time left to watch my favorite TV show.

The pattern is not mathematically right. The decreases come out on the side of the slipper instead at the toe. It needs to be centered around the toe and heal for the decreases and HDC's. Just won't work out right, and I've ripped it out 3 times, counting each stitch and it's still lopsided.

quic and easy!

I want to make these slippers but the link won't bring up the prinitble free pattern. I have tried everything. Please advise...
