Little Red Riding Hood will like this design. If she feels warm wearing her hooded cloak then she can switch to this hooded scarf. This is also perfect as a costume, for someone who will play the role of Little Red Riding Hood.

Such a cute idea. I can't use it here in Florida but I have many relatives up north that can use it. The idea of adding a pocket was inspired. Every one always wants a pocket. Just for keys or a tissue. I like making them in cream colors so that would go with anything.

Im now the Grandma instead of Little Red, but I love this hooded scarf. The use of Front and Back Posts adds a nice touch of interest along the edge, too. And the pockets! A grandma can never have too many pockets! The pattern itself is nicely written and easy to follow, and the designer gives additional information about how to adjust the scarf and the pockets if you need a different size.

This is like having three things in one accessory, a hat, a scarf, and a pair of mittens. This is almost sure to keep you warm on those chilly days and evenings and take up very little space when you store it away. The stitches make it look almost like it was a knitted project and the repetition makes it an easy take with you project.
