This scarf is not for the faint of heart. I say that because if you are wearing this, I promise you will get a lot of attention on that day. People will constantly be asking you were you got it and if you tend to be introverted you will be forced to do way more talking than you want to. I think this is a unique design and I would love to have one for myself.

This is not the sort of style I would normally wear, but I can see it for a particular occasion. The first thing I thought of was more of a costume piece than a fashion accessory. I know I can find a use for the individual flowers even if I dont form them into a scarf. This link is another posting of this same scarf but shows the picture, materials needed, and full pattern you will need in order to complete this project. It is made with Vannas Choice yarns.

Although this project does give an actual pattern for the flowers, you really could substitute any other flowers of similar size. It would be lovely with a series of mandalas, too, or if youre in the mood for the holidays, a string of poinsettias. The designer recommends working two regular strands of worsted together but if you do have the appropriate colored bulky yarn, you could use that instead. This would be a fun gift for your favorite gardener!

This looks like a great scarf to make for the colder days of spring!

is so beautiful
