This pattern gives you amount of yarn for sizes Baby 3 mos up to Womens 5X. My neighbor across the street just had a baby girl a couple of months ago, and she has a little girl about 3 yrs old. I could make matching ponchos for mama, baby and child. Now I need to think of something for daddy and their 5 yr old boy.

This is going to my grand daughter for her birthday in November. She will love it. And if I make it in shades of purple I may be given the title of best grandma in the world. I and thinking of using the same pattern to make a matching draw string purse for her!

I love this poncho for its design and color combo. I want to do this for my daughter and my granddaughter. I would love to see them wearing it at the same time. That would be so awesome. I looked at this a few days ago and found a diagram of how to sew the two pieces together but I didn't have access to a printer at that time. Now I'm on a computer with a printer bu I can't find the diagram. Please can you advise. Judy

totally loving the detailed instructions and so i totally want to make this poncho in a size 12 ...... love the idea of two pieces. I have made one similar to this but in adult size and have one question. Are both pieces the same size? Would love to get a reply.....wish me good luck..... I am going to attempt rainbow colors.... KD
