This 1920 vintage goddess hat really does look like it came straight out of the 1920's. The designer was spot on with the design. The upturned brim and I just adore the broach used. This will be a great hat to add to my collection.

This is such a sassy hat in any color that you choose to make it in. I like the neutral color but I can also see this made with a bold color like fire engine red. If you are thinking about stepping out during Halloween as a flapper, this would be a great addition to the ensemble.

I have a serious weakness for vintage looking crochet patterns, which is one of the reasons I love Olivia Kent's patterns so much. Many of her designs are vintage inspired. I have made many of her designs and they are written well and simple, so this hat is easy to make. I love the pin she attached which gives it more of the Gatsby-esque quality.

What a beautiful trip back in time! Miss Fisher here I come! This is a gorgeous 1920 Vintage Goddess Hat pattern. Wow! I can play with color, although this beige is a go-with-anything great. I can change up the hat pin to fit what I'm wearing too! I'm glad this pattern is an easy one. Maybe I'll make up several as Christmas gifts!

Love the hat and the way it looks in your pics. I was wondering about the accent piece that you are using on the front of the hat. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see where you mentioned anything about what you used as an accent piece. What did you use and where can we get it to use on our own hats?

You can never have too many hats in cold NYC. I have a lot of extra yarn so I will be doing this with two strands of yarn for the bulky effect. It should be colorful and warm. Thank you.

I really like the look of this 1920s Vintage Goddess Hat. I love the idea of the way the back of the hat doesn't have to fold up to give that bulky feeling at the back of the neck. The pattern is very well written and easy to follow. I will be making this beautiful hat for myself and others. Now to find some great pins for the hat as well! Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern.
