These are so cute, and what a clever idea for a craft sale! I have an extensive herb garden, so catnip is never a problem for me. But I was thinking that these would work equally well with a plastic ball and bell inside. Or you could mix it up and have some stuffed with catnip and some with the ball. Now we just need to find something similar for Christmas.
