Christina Crochet Wrap

"The Christina Wrap is a light and lacy wrap I designed and made for my future sister-in-law. I am so excited that she is part of our family, and I wanted to give her something special for her wedding shower. This wrap is a chevron pattern with a row of double crochet chevron followed by a row of a treble crochet and chain chevron. It is made with a fingering weight yarn, but you can make it with any weight, just use a hook a bit larger than usual for the yarn, and know that changing the yarn weight will change the size."

First reaction was OMG. I wasn't expecting to see this. This Christina Crochet Wrap is so awesome. I like the color colors used. This is a very special gift to a future sister in law as it is handcrafted and one of a kind. This is an original work and therefore must be treasure. I want to make this but maybe in darker hues and more compact. Cheers!

I am seeing these large wraps on the home shopping channels. Everyone is wearing them. They are chic, but casual at the same time. She does a great job writing her patterns. I can see this in a black, charcoal and maybe a deep teal for a pop of color for that skinny stripe that you see. I'd make this in a cotton yarn to wear in the summertime.

Very pretty colors. This is a light and lacy wrap that would make a perfect gift for any occasion. The chevron pattern is a classic pattern that has been around for a long time. A light weight yarn will keep the piece very feminine and dainty than a bulkier yarn and would allow it to be worn on more occasions.
