Petal Coasters are beautiful when you make them in multiple colors. Use this free crochet pattern the next time you're expecting to have company over. Double crochet is used for both versions of these petal coasters.

These very pretty coasters are only available as a free download through Ravelry. When you click on the above link, it takes you straight to the site. You do NOT need to be a member in order to access the .pdf, but you might want to think about it. There are a lot of interesting (and free) patterns on there, too.

I had no problem downloading the pattern at all. Of course I am already a member of Ravelry. Maybe that is the difference. It seems to be a good site with lots of free patterns.

@geralync, Although this pattern is featured in full on Ravelry.com, you do not actually need to create an account to view the pattern, you can browse as a guest and view it. From their site, scroll until you see the link that says "This pattern is available as a free Ravelry download." Click that link, and the pattern can be downloaded as a PDF file. You will need the latest version of Adobe installed on your computer. I hope this helps! --Editor of AllFreeCrochet

I rated this Very Poor because you have to get a membership to another site to get the pattern. I have enough site memberships. NOT looking for another one.
