I agree with the previous poster. These look more like ghosts to me. Snow babies are suppose to be cute and sweet. If I make these for my grand kids and tell them they are Halloween ghosts then they will like them. So it's not an entirely lost project. Just change the name!

I have a friend who collects the porcelain version of Snow Babies, and I dont remember any of them looking as odd as these do. In fact, theyre a little downright creepy. Id be more inclined to embroider more skeleton elements and move the little fellows into the Halloween section. If youre really ambitious, you could embroider Dia de los Muertos style faces instead of just the big black holes.
