Moon Star Motif
Work the puff stitch to make this Moon Start Motif. It looks a bit like a flower and a star all rolled into one crochet pattern. Keep it singular for a potholder or make many motifs and join them for an afghan pattern.

This particular pattern uses the Loops and Threads Necessities yarn. I have not heard of this yarn by Loops/Threads. It seems nice enough. Teal is a great home decor color, too. Wouldn't it be pretty as a motif on an old toss pillow to give it new life? I think it would be great as a small area rug for the foot of your favorite chiar, as well. Make a bunch of the motifs and join them together, backing them with one of those rug backs, non-slip.

Is it absolutely to download PDF? The latest you show is Windows XP, I have 8.1? Will that work?

I think I will like to try this pattern, right now I am making dishtowels out of crochet cotton from a pattern from all free ccrochet & they turned out very nice looking. This will add to a new collection. Thanks for posting your pattern & thanks All free crochet for giving us all those free patterns so we all can satify our habit! (ha ha) crochet mom
