This Crocodile Stitch Crochet Afghan does indeed look snuggly warm. I would imagine that the scale like stitch would give it that quality. This would make the perfect lapghan! I think I would make it up in an off white and brown, green or blue. It's nice that the artisan has a link to The Crochet Crowd with Mikey to teach the stitch. He's a good teacher!

I am making this is the small size and love how it is going so far! The pattern is so easy to follow. I am using a fairly thin yarn and it seems like there are a lot of gaps. Any ideas about adding fabric to the back but I have never done that before.
