This is a nice simple project, and the designer provides instructions on how to adjust the band for sizes newborn through adult. The most interesting part of the pattern is how to construct the rose. Ive never used this technique before, so Im working one up right now just to try it. If it turns out well, I may keep this rose pattern for future use.
