The instructios are very confusing. I can't follow them. It may be an easy pattern but needs to be rewritten

I love this pattern, but the instructions are confusing towards and I cannot seem to know where it starts and ends to be honest, which you had a video tutorial of these; I consider myself pretty experienced but fail to understand this pattern. Sorry.
