White Horse Newborn Beanie
This crochet baby hat is a unique and adorable piece. Complete with a sizing chart, the White Horse Newborn Beanie is available in several sizes. This free crochet pattern is created by constructing a very basic baby beanie before adding the ears, nose, mane, and eyes. The pattern looks super cute in white, but could be worked up in pretty much any color. If you're creating one for a little girl, consider making the mane out of pink or purple yarn.

This is a cute idea, but I think the execution lacks a little something. It just looks so bare bones. Im not sure what else to add to perk it up, but I would definitely get rid of those buttons on the nose. Even though the title says Newborn Beanie, there are other sizes included. As soon as a baby can put something in its mouth, it will. Small buttons are a huge No No.
