I love the texture of this pattern! It looks just like a woven basket and I definitely have a fondness for those--soooo earthy ) I do see that it's an intermediate level so I've decided that I need to continue to crochet and with a few more afghans off the hook I'll give this one a try too. This gives me a goal to work towards!

I love the look of this Basket Weave Baby Blanket! I have to say that I have never done the basket weave stitch before and I've been crocheting for over 25 years now. So after seeing this one and reading the pattern I'm going to give it a try. I do have some half scans of yarn and will use them to make this. P have saved this pattern and will be giving it a try. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet pattern..

I'm trying to print the pattern, but don't see a way to do it. Is there a way?

Thank you for your message. We suggest that you go to the page and highlight the text, then right-click on it. You'll get a window that gives you the option to "copy." Do that, and then paste the text into a word document. You should be able print that document that way. Another option is to highlight exactly what you would like to be printed. Then, select print from your drop-down menu, and change your print range from all to selection. -editors of AllFreeCrochet

This is my go to pattern when I want to make something quick. Very easy and looks good on a scarf , afghan , or anything you want to make up fast.
