Pettit Pocket Wrap

"Pettit Pocket Wrap is a cozy pocket wrap made in the lovely Catherine Wheel stitch. It makes a wonderful scrappy project adding a fun mix of colorful stripes to the wrap. Adding fringe to the ends means you won’t have to weave in your ends! Difficulty Level: Easy+ Available Sizes: Standard and Long. Size shown in photos is the standard length worn by a 5’9” individual. Yarn: We Crochet Swish Worsted (100% Fine Superwash Merino Wool; 100 yds; 50 g; yarn weight 4/Medium/Worsted): 4 or 5 skeins #24662 White; 1 or 2 skeins #28647 Haze Heather; 1 or 2 skeins #26066 Honey; 2 or 3 skeins #28656 Arcitc; 1 or 2 skeins #24090 Squirrel Heather. If you are making the standard length wrap, you will need an additional skein of each color you plan to use for the fringe. Crochet Hook: K (6.5 mm), or size needed to obtain gauge. • 4-5 skeins WeCrochet Swish Worsted for base color
• Additional 55-65 yds worsted weight yarn for each colorful stripe. If you are going to use the same yarn I did, you will need 1 or 2 skeins, depending on size of #28647 Haze Heather, 1 or 2 skeins #26066 Honey, 2 or 3 skeins #28646 Arctic, and 1 or 2 skeins #24090 Squirrel Heather.
• If you are making the Long size wrap, you will need an additional 1 skein of yarn for each color you plan to use in the fringed edging.
• Size K (6.5 mm) crochet hook, or size needed to match gauge
• Tapestry needle
• 5 inch square piece of cardboard for making fringe
