"The Oceania Cowl is lightweight, super soft and a pleasure to wear. It is wide enough to easily pull up to cover the top of your head and the back of your neck (snood style) at the same time for those windy weather moments and it is pliable enough to wear around your neck under your chin. The fabric has lovely movement which allows it to be worn comfortably without having a lot of excess material around your neck. This cowl will look great on its own with your fall sweaters, or with your winter jacket as a traditional cold weather cowl. Matching Hat Pattern is also available.
