Hooded Infinity Scarf

Hooded Infinity Scarf

"You’ll be keeping the cold away in style in this hooded infinity scarf! Using a chunky/bulky weight yarn and a 7mm hook, it works up unexpectedly quickly. If you’d rather not have the hood, there are instructions for when to stop and fasten off. I used just about exactly 3 balls of Paintbox Simply Chunky for the whole thing, but only 2 balls for just the scarf portion. Approximately 450 yards with hood, 300 yards without. This is a generously sized adult or teen size scarf. If you would like to make this for a child go down to a worsted weight yarn and use a size 6mm hook. I made one for my daughter and it fits her great. One of the best things about this hooded scarf is you do not need to sew the hood on to the scarf at the end. We work from the bottom up in the round, and then the hood is worked back and forth in rows and seamed together at the top using whichever method you prefer! Can’t wait to see your creations. Merry making!"
