Bev's Special Olympics Winter Games Scarf

This scarf idea was originally designed for the Special Olympics Winter games of 2009. Their goal was to create 5,000 scarves in blue and white, with the only rule being that the scarves were knitted or crocheted by hand using delft blue (885) and white (311) Red Heart Super Saver yarn.
