Wide Hdc Crochet Washcloth

By: Sarah Ruane from Ned and Mimi
Wide Hdc Crochet Washcloth

"This easy crochet pattern uses the wide half double crochet (hdc) stitch to create a textured washcloth or tea towel. The washcloth measures 8.25" x 8.25", while the tea towel is 14" x 22.25". You’ll need worsted weight cotton yarn and a 5.5mm hook. Follow the simple row repeat, and add a single crochet border for a neat finish if you like. The size is adjustable by changing the foundation chain. This pattern is great for beginners and makes a thoughtful, handmade gift or a lovely addition to your home!"
