Sunshine Crochet Coasters

"Looking for a quick project to brighten your table? These square crochet coasters work up super quick and add a bright and pretty touch to your table or picnic. For a summery look, choose yellow and white. Or pick any colors you love to match your decor. The free pattern features the herringbone half double crochet stitch. This special stitch lends itself to making the center of the coasters smooth. Then, the decorative shell border adds a pretty detail. This is a great pattern if you want to use up your scrap yarn. To make the set of four coasters, you only need about 100 yards each of two different colors of dk weight yarn."
