Puffy Rib Tea Cosy

"This was inspired by some vintage tea cosies that were popular in the 1930s that had a flower basket on top and ribs of puffy stitches. Here I have used a hanging loop instead any basket small enough to fit on top of this little cosy would be too small. For a larger cosy you can make a basket. I tell you how at the end of the pattern under Variations."
