Being a child of the 80's, you'll find neon in many of my designs, of course pick out colors that match you or your intended gift recipient's taste and size! You'll use single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), and front-post treble crochet FPtr to make this hat. Do not let the front post treble scare you. If you can do a treble crochet you can do a FPtr."
