"This hat is inspired by the cloches of the 1920’s “flapper” era. Simply stated cloche is defined as a “bell” shape. As such, a true cloche hat will resemble a bell. Most cloches were trimmed and adorned with a large flower. This hat is designed to fit snug. How you chose to decorate your cloche is up to you. This hat can easily be made into any size.
