Loops Hat

"This is the first hat I created and made it 3 times before it came out the way my minds eye seen it. I seen a how to for the loops and thought wow I need a hat using that. And created this pattern. My hat is 38 rows around and is 8 inches tall with the brim. This is worked flat then seamed closed, with the closing of the hat added then the brim is done."
