Instructions:
Waist band
- With A, ch 96 (99, 106, 109), sl st in first ch to join in the rnd, being careful not to twist beg ch.
- Rnd 1: Ch 3 (counts as dc throughout), dc in every ch around, sl st in third ch of beg ch 3 to join—96 (99, 106, 109) dc.
- Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in every dc around, sl st in third ch of beg ch 3 to join.
Skirt
- Rnd 1: Ch 3, dc in same st as join, 2 dc in every dc around, sl st in third ch of beg ch 3 to join—192 (198, 212, 218) dc.
- Work Rnds 1-4 of Shells 2 (3, 4, 5) times, then work Rnds 1-2 once more.
- Cut A, switch to B.
- Work Rnds 3-4 of Shells, then work Rnds 1-4 once and Rnds 1-2 once more.
- Cut B, switch to A.
