High-low Baby Dress

"What I love about the dress is the high-low effect. This dress fits babies 0-12 months. It is so easy to make and it's beginner friendly as it makes use of simple crochet stitches like Hdc. It looks great in all colour combinations. For this project you will need Dk weight yarn in two complementary colors, 5.0 mm crochet hook, yarn needle, stitch markers and button.
