Easy Toddler Halter Top
"This cute little halter top is a very quick make. You can make it with less than one skein of cotton yarn. This can easily be made during naptime and worn afterwards. I call this an emergency shirt for the little toddler who needs a quick change. This only uses half double crochet and increases. You will need a size 4.00 mm crochet hook and a soft cotton yarn. Make a bunch of them for a hot summer quick change."
