Baby Sneakers - Newborn Shoes

"Don’t let your baby step foot into this world without the proper dose of style. These Baby Sneakers of mine will help you do just that. As always, the crochet pattern is super easy to hook up (I mean, I am the one who designed and tested it, after all) and fully customizable in terms of the colors you want to use to perfectly go along the receiving lil’ one’s style. And yeah, these instructions won’t cost you a single penny, since it’s another one of them sweet, free patterns of mine 4 sure. You are gonna want to make all of your lil’ friends a new pair of them fits every couple weeks to keep up with them fast growing baby shoe sizes, I swear! (4 realz, be quick to get those to the baby you intend them for, after measuring their feet, or will be too small already!!!) I used Fingering or Super Fine Yarn together with a 3mm Crochet Hook to create this pattern. This results in shoes of about 10cm in length, which should typically fit a 0 to 3 month old baby, but hey, all them babies have their own unique feet. So, let’s rather learn how to adapt. If the above is not what you have or want to work with, fear not, the size can easily be adapted. Simply compare the flat part of the sole (first 3 rounds) to the actual foot of the baby to see if it is enough to cover it whole. According to that, adapt the number of stitches in the foundation chain, add stitches for larger size and take away for smaller. Keep the distribution of different types of stitches in follow-up rounds and parts accordingly, always to match the stitch count of the previous row. You can do it!"
