American Beauty Toddler Halter Top

"Toddler Halter Tops are so quick and easy to make. You can make this one pretty quickly. The edging looks more complicated than it is. The toughest part will be weaving in your ends. But if you weave them in as you go, then you will do great. I put two stars at the top of this little halter top but you can opt out of the stars and it will still look great. I even considered putting one star in the middle of the top section. This top makes a cute little addition to your toddler's summer or holiday wardrobe. Make it for Memorial day or the fourth of Jully"
