Make your foundation chain loosely to allow for stretching.
Round 1 (Right Side): Ch (24, 28, 32), sc in 2nd chain from hook and in each chain across, bring ends together, sl st to join in first sc, turn (23, 27, 31)
Round 2 - 3: Ch 1, sc in each stitch around, join and turn (23, 27, 31)
Round 4: Ch 1, sc2tog, sc in next stitch and in each stitch around, join and turn (22, 26, 30)
Round 5 - 6: Ch 1, sc in each stitch around, join and turn (22, 26, 30)
