FINISHING
With wrong sides together, fold piece in half along foundation ch, lining up side edges. Measure and mark 9” from side edges along foundation ch. Working through both layers, join A in first st and sc through both layers to join first and last 9” of foundation ch, continue working through one layer only and sc evenly around unsewn section of foundation ch.
Fasten off.
Weave in ends.
