How to Crochet a Ruffled Edge

  1. Row 1: Tie yarn into corner of one of the scarf ends and ch 3. Work a dc in the same space. Work 2 dc in each space across. (Note: On this row spaces are formed from the posts of each dc when scarf was worked lengthwise)

  2. Row 2: Ch 3 and turn. Work a dc in first st, then 2 dc in each st across. Work 2 dc in t-ch.

  3. Repeat row 2 twice more and fasten off.

  4. Repeat row 2 twice more and fasten off.
