The half double crochets are worked a little different than you may be used to but that is what gives this blanket the stoney pebble like look. To finish up and give the blanket a clean look work a single row of single crochets along the edge. This free crochet blanket pattern features worsted weight yarn (4) , a size J 6.00 mm hook."
