  1. With MC, work 2 rows.

  2. With A, work 2 rows.

  3. With B, work 2 rows.

  4. These 6 rows form Strip Pat.

  1. With MC, ch 109. 

  2. 1st row: 1 dc in 4th ch from hook. (counts as 2 dc). 1 dc in next ch. *Ch 1. Skip next ch. 1 dc in each of next 3 ch. Rep from * to end of ch. Turn.

  3. 2nd row: (RS). Ch 3 (counts as dc). 1 dc in each of next 2 dc. *Ch 1. Skip next ch-1 sp. 1 dc in each of next 3 dc. Rep from * to end of row. Join A. Turn.
