"Thought I would have a change from granny squares, so came up with this granny hexagon shape, I have used a 4.00mm crochet hook and light worsted #3 yarn (double knit for UK crocheters), these shapes are ideal to use up all those end of yarn bits that you have from other projects and they can be used for so many things, make in different colours and use for baby shawls, adult shawls, blankets, etc. "
