"These lovely flower earrings are traditional Irish roses made with cotton thread. These will make lovely gifts for friends, family, and teachers. They will also be great for craft markets. They are very quick to make and use just a bit of cotton thread. Difficulty Level: Intermediate Finished Measurements: About 1 3/4 inches across. Thread: Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Thread Size 10 (100% Mercerized Cotton; yarn weight category: 0/Lace): about 15 yds Cardinal Red. Crochet Hook: Steel crochet hook size 7 (1.65 mm), or size needed to obtain gauge. Notions: Small tapestry needle, two earring hooks, two sets of jewelry pliers."
